Martha Bray, FNP-BC, APRN, AHN-BC, BCIM

Martha Bray has long held the vision to bridge the gap between traditional and holistic medicine. She knows that where there is an open mind and a willing heart there is a path to healing. Martha’s life-long interest and pursuit of education, fitness, and wellness allows her to undertake a holistic approach to help individuals and families in the prevention and healing of illness. She passionately works to help individuals find an improved state of well-being.

Martha completed a BA from SUSC in Education. A BS from BYU in nursing and a MS in nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty from the University of Utah. She has taught secondary education, worked with the National Association of Child Development, administering program development and nutritional assessments. She also worked at the University of Utah Medical where she worked as a rehabilitation nurse and for three years was the Patient Care Coordinator for stroke patients. Martha also has worked for Community Nursing Services as a home health nurse, including Hospice Care.

Martha’s educational pursuits further developed with certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner – Board Certified (FNP-BC), Holistic Nurse – Board Certified (AHN-BC), Integrative Medicine – Board Certified (BCIM), Certified Chelation Specialist, as well as certificates as a Bionetic Practitioner, Life Coach, LifeStyle Educator, Pain Management Specialist, and Stress Management Specialist.

Martha is a member of the American Nurses Association, American Nurse Practitioner Association,  American Holistic Nurses Association, Homeopathic Nurses Association, Holistic Pediatric Association, American College for the Advancement of Medicine and International College of Integrated Medicine. She also is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ozone therapy.

Martha teaches holistic health principles through her educational series, “Martha’s Minute”. Martha encourages her patients to take responsibility for their own individual wellness through positive lifestyle changes and daily self-care. As a holistic family nurse practitioner, Martha listens to her patients and empowers them with the knowledge they need to live healthier, more balanced lives. Martha’s lifelong philosophy is “Never, never, never give up.”
